How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?
At least one month in advance.
What is your cancelation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable, but we’re happy to reschedule in the case of bad weather. Cancellations made less than two (2) weeks before the event will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
Are there any restrictions regarding weather?
For safety, the bubble cannot be used in rain, snow, or winds exceeding 15 mph.
Good news—indoor setups are always welcome!
Are there any restrictions regarding where the bubble may be set up?
Yes. Before making a reservation with us, please confirm with your venue that they permit the use of large inflatables.
Is the bubble safe for children?
Yes, children ages 2 years and older are welcome in the bubble dome. Although, children ages 4 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
How big is the bubble?
L 16.6‘ x W 10’ x H 7.5’

What if my venue doesn’t have electric?
Have no fear! We offer a quiet portable generator available for a small fee if there is no electric within 50ft of desired set up location.

Yes! Our bubble dome is ASTM certified, as well as our trained attendants.
